"Refund took took a bit"
I did get my refund in the end, but it definitely took a while. I had to message them twice before it was sorted out. Not awful or anything, just a bit annoying, annoying having to follow up.

"Smooth Subscription and Fun Snacks"
I’ve had a Doki Foods subscription for a couple months now, it’s been way easier than I expected. The boxes have shown up on time, and the snacks are actually fun to go through. Some of them are things I don’t think I would’ve ever found on my own, which makes it feel kind of worth it, right?

I also changed my plan once and it was straightforward, no annoying hoops or confusing steps. The price seems fair for what you get, at least in my opinion. I’ve been happy with it so far, so yeah, I’d give it 5 stars.

This is really easy to throw together after work, which makes it worth having around for busy nights. It’s quick and convenient, though I do wish there were more options to choose from.

"Couldn’t Really Get It to Work"
I’m not sure if it was just my device or the app itself, but nothing seemed to load properly for me. After trying a few times and not getting anywhere, I ended up giving up quickly. It just felt more frustrating than useful.

I placed the order and wasn’t expecting it to arrive that quickly, but two days later it was already at my door. I remember checking the tracking and thinking there was no way it would get here that soon, but sure enough, it did. Really happy with how fast the delivery was.

I was going to give this a try, but after checking the nutrition info, the sodium was just too high for me. My sister is always reminding me to watch that stuff, and she’s right. I don’t think I’ll be ordering it again...

"Not Sure This Was the Real Deal"
The order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but I wasn’t fully convinced the product was authentic. The packaging looked a little off, and it seemed like it had been handled carelessly too, which didn’t help. The taste was also different from what I’ve bought before. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it just didn’t feel right. I expected better and probably won’t order this again for now.

"Good variety, but I’m cautious about support"
I was actually surprised by how much stuff dokifoods had. They had snacks, sauces, noodles, and a bunch of things I don’t usually see in my local stores, so it was fun to just browse around and pick out random things to try. A few items I wanted were out of stock, which was kind of annoying. I also wouldn’t really count on customer service too much if something went wrong, so I’d probably keep orders simple. Overall though, it’s a nice site if you like trying different foods.

"Good portions for the price"
I’ve ordered from Doki Foods a few times now, it’s been solid. I tend to notice the stuff that matters most to me, portion size, price, and whether the order actually shows up right—and so far they’ve done well on all of that. The delivery wasn’t anything special, but it was on time enough and everything arrived as expected. Compared to a few other food sites I’ve tried, I didn’t feel like I overpaid or got shorted. I’d order from them again.

My order from dokifoods.com showed up on time, and to be fair, most of what I ordered was right. The main things I actually needed were in the box, so I was happy about that. They did miss one small item though, and one of the items came in a different flavor than I picked. It wasn’t a huge problem, and maybe I’m making too big a deal out of it, but it was still a little annoying. I’d probably order again, I guess, but I’d just hope they double-check the order a bit better next time.

I checked my email receipt to make sure I ordered the right thing, because the taste was kind of weird to me. Maybe others would like it, but I personally wouldn’t buy it again

"Decent food, but delivery has been late"
From what I remember, the food itself was totally fine, but the delivery has shown up late twice now. The tracking didn’t really update much either, so I ended up just sitting around waiting. It’s not the worst experience I’ve had, but it’s definitely a little annoying.

"Way More Food Than I Thought"
I ordered from dokifoods.com and was happy with how much food I got. The portions were bigger than I expected, and I even had leftovers for later, which almost never happens for me. It felt like a good value, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Helpful allergen info that was easy to find"
I ordered from dokifoods.com and I really appreciated how easy the allergen info was to find. I have to check for nuts and dairy, so not having to guess—or wait, not having to email them first, made the whole thing a lot less stressful. The labels were clear and not tucked away somewhere awkward. I’d definitely use them again.

I was trying to order a few things, but about half of them weren’t available, haha. It’s happened more than once now, so it’s starting to get a bit annoying. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but the stock situation could definitely be better.

"I got this from dokifoods to send to..."
I got this from dokifoods to send to a friend, and overall I felt okay about it. The snacks were nice and had that slightly different, fun kind of vibe, which I really liked. But something about the box just didn’t feel very gift-y to me, so I ended up adding my own note to make it feel more personal. Shipping was fine too, nothing terrible, just not especially quick. I’d probably use it again for a casual little food gift, but not if I wanted it to feel really special.
